In December 2011, the Hills opened Cowork Vibe, a shared workspace on the fifth floor of the historic property at 815 Cumberland St. The coworking concept is designed to provide professional, affordable office space and a supportive atmosphere for freelancers, startups, small businesses and nonprofits.

Today's Agriculture, a 10,000-square-foot exhibit coordinated by PennAg Industries Association, was an educational showcase of modern agribusiness food production practices at the 2012 Pennsylvania Farm Show.
The exhibit included an 84-foot-by-42-foot barn with livestock on display in typical commercial production environments. The structure was surrounded by state-of-the art farm machinery, fields of corn and soybean in various stages of growth and displays of on-farm conservation practices.
