Harrisburg City Council confirms COO appointment

Nearly two months after his hiring was first announced, Ricardo Mendez-Saldivia's appointment as Harrisburg's COO was finally confirmed by the City Council on Tuesday night.

DCED: Harrisburg asset deals may be ready for court in June
