JLG to make forklifts for Army in $20.6M contract

Dauphin County-based The Hershey Co. has acquired a controlling stake in Tri-Us Inc., the Colorado manufacturer of protein drinks called mix1 that Hershey invested in last year, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
