Barton Associates Inc. of York signed a contract to provide electrical arc flash analysis for 15 buildings at Messiah College. The project involves evaluation of the college's electrical systems and will use computer modeling to determine the arc flash protection boundary, as well as the personal protective equipment requirements for each piece of equipment.

Raymond C. Bristol leased 2,800 square feet of retail space in The Heights Plaza at 180 Leader Heights Road in York Township from Metroland Associates for a Snap Fitness center. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York represented both parties.

G&W Inc. leased 1,401 square feet of retail space in Bridgeport Plaza at 1643-B Lincoln Highway E. near Lancaster from Bridgeport Partners LP for a Little Caesars restaurant. Bennett Williams represented the tenant.

Top Knot Grooming LLC leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in Sherwood Plaza at 300 N. Main St. in New Salem from Sherwood Plaza LP. Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Spin Central Laundromat leased 2,400 square feet of retail space and Belleville Liquors leased 3,500 square feet of space at Bloomfield A&P Center in Bloomfield and Belleville townships in New Jersey. LMS Commercial Real Estate of Manheim Township represented all parties.

Stateline Vacuum leased 1,000 square feet of space at Gabriel Bros. Plaza in Springettsbury Township and 1,670 square feet of space at Queensgate Towne Center in York Township. LMS represented all parties.

McKissick Associates Architects of Harrisburg signed a contract with the Milton Area School District to design renovations and upgrades for the Milton Area Middle School. The project will include enclosure of open-plan instructional space. Construction is scheduled for completion by December 2010.

La Porte Asset Management LLC, a wealth management firm, leased 1,300 square feet of office space at 525 N. 12th St. in Lemoyne from Quaker Realty. Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the parties.

Tope Industries leased office space at 3920 Market St. in Hampden Township from Catskill Properties. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc./Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented the building owner.

Moneyline Lending LLC has leased 2,300 square feet of office space at 2325 Paxton Church Road in Susquehanna Township from Williams Holding Group LLC. Landmark Oncor International represented both parties.

Investment Real Estate Construction of Manchester Township signed a contract to build a 12,000-square-foot, 84-unit self-storage building in Salisbury Township for Gap Self Storage.
