Scott Perry, a Republican representing York County, Harrisburg and parts of Adams and Cumberland counties, today spoke to the West Shore Chamber of Commerce about issues in Congress affecting businesses during a breakfast event at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County.
