York-based Cultural Alliance named Joe Crosswhite and George Hodges 2013 co-chairmen of its annual Create Community campaign, which raises funds on behalf of arts and culture groups.

United Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Central Pennsylvania named John B. Zonarich chairman. He also is a board member and former chairman of affiliate United Cerebral Palsy of Central PA. He is a lawyer with Harrisburg-based SkarlatosZonarich LLC and a graduate of Mount St. Mary's University and Widener University School of Law.

Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Central Pennsylvania chapter, which works to motivate young people to reach their leadership potential, named MacGregor Brillhart a trustee. He is an estate planning attorney with York-based Stock and Leader LLP.
