The branch on Kane Street will be The Restaurant Store’s seventh outlet and the first in Maryland, Fortna said. The Lancaster County-based company has five Pennsylvania locations, including two in the midstate, and one in Wilmington, Del.

The Restaurant Store offers a wide variety of cooking and restaurant supplies and equipment, primarily for commercial food operations, though it sells to the general public as well, Fortna said.

Clark Associates Inc. is headquartered in East Lampeter Township. In 2012, it ranked No. 2 in the Business Journal’s Top 50 Fastest-Growing Companies in Central Pennsylvania and won the Business of the Year award in the large-company category.
