The contract was an add-on to previous orders the department gave JLG to provide All-Terrain Lifter Army Systems, or ATLAS vehicles.
The company this week said the orders mostly will affect its overseas operations and not North America. Fulton County-based JLG has a production facility in Cumberland County. It has sales and service operations around the world, as well as manufacturing in Belgium, China, France and Romania.
JLG is a subsidiary of Wisconsin-based truck manufacturer Oshkosh Corp., which trades its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol OSK.
