No. Several or our customers however moved additional servers into our datacenter as a precautionary measure since we provide collocation services that include uninterruptible power. That said, we never lost power to the facility or lost internet connectivity for the customers we server in 50 states and 20 + countries. Felt very fortunate indeed as it could have been much worse for all involved.
We have everything backed up on thumb-drive, disk, and also some on paper should something like this affect us. Also we purchased a generator just in case power would go out for more than a few days. This way it allows us continuity of business while we rebuild after such an event. (Should it ever arise of course). Many businesses do NOT have these models in place and It is very hard for businesses to want to spend the money for someone like us to come in and help them with it. But in the end when they do NOT prepare and have a good plan set in place, they end up spending more money anyhow.

We at WOLF proactively prepared for the impact. We also diligently attempted to communicate with our customers, vendors and employees. Although we were very lucky in the Susquehanna Valley to have limited impact, we still have customers and vendors who are impacted by the storm.
All of our warehouse systems were backed up in case of a long term power failure. We had copies of inventories and upcoming orders printed and ready in case communications were down. Our trucks were diverted/delayed from trips into NY/NJ until safe passage could be made. We had staff driving the by facilities throughout the night to check for damages and luckily none were found. We hope that all those affected by the storms have a quick recovery.
