On Nov. 29, join the Business Journal for an afternoon seminar of education and information sharing about why company culture matters and how to improve yours.
The seminar will be 1:30-5 p.m. at the Lancaster County Convention Center and will feature speakers such as Brandon Phillips, president and CEO of Global HR, who will talk about finding and developing the best employees; and Don Rheem, principal at Engagient, who will discuss the science of employee engagement and explain how to build high-performance cultures; and Catherine E. Walters, partner in Saul Ewing’s business and finance department, who will talk about employment law.
The seminar is a precursor to the Business Journal's Best Places to Work in PA awards dinner, which will begin at 6 p.m. that day at the convention center.
