Recommendations include a long-term finance and accountability funding model with any increases tied to outcomes and performance and advocating for tax incentives and in-kind contributions for businesses to give to science and technology programs, according to a news release.
Another one calls for making every effort toward tuition containment to improve affordability, the release stated. In general, the recommendations focus on accessibility and affordability and plan for the future through recommending programs to prepare students for careers in Pennsylvania.
