York County sales were up 26 percent to 331 homes sold compared with 262 homes sold in October 2011, according to RAYAC. The median home sales price went up 5 percent to $147,500, the association said.
Adams County sales were up 20 percent to 66 homes sold compared with 55 homes sold in the year-ago month, RAYAC said. The median home sales price in the county fell 2 percent to $164,950, according to the association.
