"I have always wanted to open my own boutique and hoped at some point in time I could make it happen," said Michelle Jacobs, the Snazzy Giraffe's owner. "I wanted to bring in unique and exclusive lines of clothing and accessories to the area and also offer a memorable shopping experience as well."

Jacobs opened at 326 Market St. on Sept. 29 and had a grand opening Oct. 27.

Snazzy Giraffe carries clothing for newborns up to size 4T from designers JoJo Maman Bebe, cachcach, Finn & Emma, Kapital-K and others. The store also carries toys, games and specialty gifts.
