The acquisition was handled through Strategic Marketing and Communications LLC, a holding company created by Jo and Andy Orons.

Priority Systems, a business communications and logistics firm founded in 1986, is a supplier of mailing systems, shipping equipment and related software. A+ Mailing Solutions, which was started in 2001, is a provider of direct marketing and mailing services.

A+ founder Julie Wilson will stay on as director of sales and continue to operate the company as A+ Marketing and Communications, said Jo Orons, managing partner of Priority Systems Leasing.
