The federal hearing set for Wednesday involving David Dodd II, the developer behind the defunct Capitol View Commerce Center in Harrisburg, will not be for sentencing, according to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

The evidentiary hearing is on the amount of restitution only, according to a clarifying court order.

Dodd pleaded guilty in November to federal fraud charges in connection with the unfinished $28 million project.

A new date for sentencing has not yet been set, said Heidi Havens, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney's Office.
