York County-based Mr. Steve's Homebrew & Wine Supplies will open a fourth location, this one in Hanover, according to York-based Rock Commercial Real Estate.

The homebrew retailer leased 1,540 square feet of space on the square in Hanover, according to Rock, which represented the landlord and tenant in the deal.
Mr. Steve's, which got its start in 1993, has stores in Springettsbury Township in York County, West Hempfield Township in Lancaster County and Lower Allen Township in Cumberland County.
The Cumberland County site opened earlier this year.
"Carlisle Street gets lots of traffic and the retail space is very modern and accommodating for our brewing classes," owner Steve Stoppard said in a statement.
With continued growth in U.S. craft brewing, the homebrewing hobby has flourished.
As a result, Mr. Steve's has seen a fair amount of requests from customers to open additional locations. Other homebrew stores have expanded their hours to keep up with demand.
Stoppard earlier this year said his primary focus is growing his retail business and adding other stores in the region. Mr. Steve's has added new products, including a branded coffee, cheese- and bread-making kits, soda supplies and hard cider ingredients.
Mr. Steve's caters to new brewers through classes and Stoppard emphasizes personal and knowledgeable service in his stores.
