The five-story hospital will have 108 beds with an emergency department, medical and surgical care, cardiology, orthopedics, chronic disease management and private patient rooms.

Quandel Construction Group Inc., the Harrisburg-based construction management firm on the project, has said it expects occupancy of the facility by May 2014.

PinnacleHealth plans to spend $150 million on its Vision 2017 program, which also includes expansion and renovation work at Community General Osteopathic Hospital in Lower Paxton Township and Harrisburg Hospital.
