Environmental agencies have signed a more than $1.3 million joint consent decree to address drinking and wastewater concerns at mobile home parks related to specific violations authorities alleged at 32 Pennsylvania sites.

The state Department of Environmental Protection and federal Environmental Protection Agency signed the decree with GSP Management Co., Frank T. Perano and related companies, according to a news release from DEP.

At the direction of the agencies, the company has agreed to take corrective measures and the penalty will be divided between DEP and EPA, the release stated. The consent decree is subject to approval in federal court.

Officials listed the alleged drinking water or wastewater violations — or both — as occurring at 11 mobile home parks in Dauphin and York counties.
