The National Committee for Quality Assurance recently awarded AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan its highest accreditation rating and ranked it 33rd nationally of 227 Medicaid health plans evaluated.

The NCQA rankings are based on member satisfaction and clinical quality.

AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan, headquartered in Harrisburg, is part of the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies, which operates in 12 states and serves more than 4.8 million Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP members.
