Six veteran Lancaster County business consultants have partnered to form a full-service firm for companies in need of a cross-disciplinary approach to problem solving.

Lititz-based Implementation Management Group will focus on serving the Mid-Atlantic region, the company announced on Tuesday.

"As individual firms, we all focused on specific areas of expertise," said David Buttolph, one of the principals who specializes in sales and marketing. "What we're able to do here is bring the major fields that companies need under one consulting roof."

The collaborative effort has been in the works since last year, he said. The consulting group is targeting private equity firms, venture capitalists, wealth management firms and companies with $25 million or more in sales, he said.

"Our initial focus is the Mid-Atlantic, but we understand this is a global world," Buttolph said. "Companies are needing to reinvent or reinvigorate themselves. They have strategic difficulties and need the additional horsepower and help to solve their problems."

Each of the principals brings at least 20 years of experience in their respective area of specialization, which also include finance, human resources, operations and logistics.

IMG's other principals include: Oneida DeLuca, Ed Krow, Patricia Lawrence, Michelle McCall and Robert Pozesky.
