The church plans to hold its first services there by mid-March, he said.

Construction began in October at the Springettsbury Township site at the corner of North Hills Road and Route 30 in a former Saturn dealership. About 5,000 square feet were added, bringing the total to about 29,000 square feet, he said.

The church gutted the building and removed the roof, adding 7 feet to the top of the building, Zeswitz said. Workers are painting and laying carpet and soon will install technology, he said.

The campus is the fourth location for the church based in Rapho Township, Lancaster County. Campuses have opened in the past few years in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, and Lancaster. The church also is planning a fifth site in Ephrata Township, Lancaster County.

Bottom Line Contracting Inc., based in Warwick Township, Lancaster County, is the general contractor on the project. Elizabeth Township, Lancaster County-based Pelger Engineering and Construction Inc. is providing construction management and engineering services and Bucks County-based Mann-Hughes Architecture did the design work.
